A Word From Our CEO
Hi, my name is Selva Vettyvel and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Future Zenith Capital. I would like to tell you about myself because I feel that if we are to do business together, you should know my experience. I started my first business (i.e. Future Tax) in 1993 and started as a Real Estate Agent in October 1995. I ran my tax business and simultaneously worked with a real estate brokerage until 2002. In 2002, I founded Homelife Future Realty Inc (“Homelife Future”). Homelife Future now has over 500 real estate agents and is the 4th largest Homelife office in Canada.
I started Future Zenith Capital MIC for two main reasons. The first was my understanding of the limitations that big banks have in lending to ordinary people and the struggle of financially solvent individuals to obtain a mortgage. The second was to provide an investment vehicle for those who wish to be involved in the real estate industry but are risk-adverse or do not know where to start. My goal is to assist our community with making intentional, deliberate, and wise investment decisions while ensuring that their money is protected. I have over 25 years of experience in this space, and I am more than happy to put it to good use.

Selva is the Broker of Record at Homelife/Future Realty Inc (“Homelife Future”). Opened in 2002, Homelife Future has over 500 real estate agents and is the 4th largest Homelife office is Canada.
Selva has worked extensively in the accounting and finance industry since 1993, has been a leader in the real estate sector since 1995, and has been actively engaged in private lending since the early 2000s. Through his vast network and experiences, Selva has unparalleled expertise with real estate, mortgages, and private lending
Devy Vettyvel
Director
Devy is well known as the office manager and director of Homelife Future. Devy oversees all staffing, administration, accounting and bookkeeping, recruitment of real estate agents, marketing, and the day-to-day functions of the brokerage. She is a crucial pillar to Homelife Future’s success. Prior to managing Homelife Future, Devy worked in the banking and financial Industry.
